Madina Karbeli has started her career in Austria, but for last few years is mostly seen at the festivals and opera houses in Italy. After winning few international competitions , including Marcella Pobbe competition for female voices, she made her debuts in Teatro Verdi of Pisa, Teatro Goldoni of Livorno, Teatro Coccia of Novara, Teatro del Giglio of Novara, Teatro Filarmonico of Verona, etc. From 2016 she is regularly invited to world’s one of the biggest opera festival – Arena di Verona. Her roles include: Gilda in Rigoletto, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Adina in L’Elisir D’Amore, Musetta in La Boheme, Antonia in Les COntes D’Hoffmann, Pamina in Die Zauberfloete, Gretel in Haensel und Gretel, also Frasquita in Carmen, Lisa in La Sonnambula, Anna in Nabucco.

In Austria she performed at Gars am Kamp opera festival, in concert repertoire she has been a soloist for Young Philharmonie Vienna, Salzburger Konzertgeselschaft, Schubertbund Vienna, etc. She has been invited in Malta at the Teatru Manoel of La Valetta and Teatru Tal Aurora of Gozo. As part of the touring Opera company performed in many cities of Germany and Austria.

The pianist Ketevan Sepashvili was awarded the Best Georgian Performer at the Second Tbilisi International Piano Competition in 2001 and attracted public attention beyond the borders of her home country already at an early age.

She proved her extraordinary pianistic abilities, being successful in international competitions – gaining among others the price for the best Brahms interpretation at the Taneev Chamber Music Competition 2002 in Kaluga, Russia and the 4th price at the International Piano Competiton Vianna da Motta in Lisbon, Portugal – and receiving scholarships from Elisabeth Leonskaja and the Georgian President Eduard Shevardnaze. The European press praised Ketevan Sepashvili as the “new shining star” (Zürcher Oberländer, 2007) and admired her virtuosity and creative nuances (Süddeutsche Zeitung, 2016).

 As a soloist, she was guest of renown European piano festivals, such as the Festival Klavierissimo in Switzerland, the Liszt Festival Raiding in Austria and Rubinstein Piano Festival in Łódz, Poland. Her fist CD, with works by Rachmaninov and Liszt, was released by the Austrian label Gramola Records in 2012. This year she celebrated her brand new release – CD Fantasie Bilder by Gramola Records.

Madina Karbeli and Ketevan Sepashvili already performed few lead recitals together. Including one at the Weidenkam Piano Festival. Their performance was highly acclaimed by German press and the CD of the recital was released by the festival.
